We are not a broker and do not take possession or control of freight. All freight agreements remain between the carrier and the broker or shipper.
By using our services, you agree:
You are a licensed motor carrier with valid MC and DOT authority
You maintain active insurance and compliance
You are responsible for all transportation operations
We act only as an administrative support service
Payment Terms:
Fees are charged per dispatched load
Payment is due as per invoice terms
Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for load cancellations, rate changes, delays, or disputes between carrier and broker.
Termination:
Either party may terminate services at any time.
